So I got this fantastic new app.
It’s called My Fitness Pal and you enter in your height and weight and goal weight and everything and it tells you how many calories to eat based on how much weight you wanna lose a week and how much you plan to work out. You enter in what you eat and it subtracts calories and then you workout and it adds calories. It’s really cool. You can even scan the bar code on your food and...
